Our Presenters

Darren Freezor, Department for Transport’s Dangerous Goods Division.
He is the Head of the International Team, leading on the development and delivery of UK dangerous goods policy, is head of the UK Delegation to the Joint Meeting and leads the Division’s stakeholder engagement strategy.

Caroline Raine, BADGP Chair and Consultancy Lead at NCEC.
Caroline is a qualified DGSA and a chemical legislation expert, with experience of interpreting and implementing EU legislation relating to hazardous chemical substances.
