This BADGP webinar will provide an overview of the key changes for ADR 2021.

There will also be a brief update at the end of the presentation on changes to the dangerous goods regime following EU withdrawal, and any temporary adjustments due to COVID-19.

Our Presenters

We are delighted to have DfT’s Sophie Willis, presenting this webinar for us.

Sophie Willis, DGSA & Policy Advisor, International Team, Dangerous Goods Division, Department for Transport
Sophie Willis is a qualified DGSA who has been with the Department for Transport in the Dangerous Goods Division since June 2018. She is the Head of Delegation to WP.15 meetings at the United Nations which amends the ADR, and is the policy contact in the division for matters relating to Class 1, Class 9 and Tunnels. She is part of the wider International Team which covers meetings to also amend the RID and the Model Regulations. She has an academic background in Chemistry and prior to joining the Department for Transport was working in the private sector in pharmaceutical access.

Attendance at the webinar is free to BADGP members. Non-members can Join BADGP (membership is just £70.00 for 1 year) and then register for the webinar. Members of CHCS can also attend the webinar, free-of-charge (please see link for how to register).
