Although CLP and the Transport of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations are, in theory, based on the same GHS classification criteria, classification and labelling for the same product can differ significantly between the two.

This webinar will look at some of the key reasons for this, including differences in the approach to the regulations, classification differences, and labelling differences. The webinar will give attendees a greater understanding of these differences and when they are likely to be a problem.

Gill Pagliuca, Consultant, Denehurst Chemical Safety Ltd

Gill Pagliuca has worked in chemical safety for more than 30 years, providing consultancy services, including classification and preparation of safety data sheets, for a wide range of customers and products.

Gill is also the chair of CHCS and the trainer for the popular CHCS module: “CLP Classification” (BADGP members can register for CHCS courses at CHCS member rates).
