This Dangerous goods webinar will explain many of the new changes and amendments that we can expect to see in the new ADR 2023 manuals.

Our Presenters

We are delighted to have as our presenters:

Kevin Vagan, Policy Adviser, Department for Transport

Kevin has a background in law and policy, as well as having previously worked in the voluntary sector. Kevin has been with the DfT’s Dangerous Goods Unit for three years, leading for the UK at the United Nations WP.15 working group in Geneva, which amends the dangerous goods road transport regulations.

Beth Hewlett, Policy Adviser, Department for Transport

Beth has a background in policy and operational delivery, with 3 years' experience working in government. Beth started her role in DfT’s dangerous goods team back in September 2021, where she has since been working collaboratively with key industry experts to progress a range of policy projects relating to the ADR training schemes (driver training and DGSA), alongside gaining experience in international meetings and working groups at the United Nations.
