Tuesday 7th October 2025, 13:00 - 14:30 BST
Within the DGSA monitoring duties there is a requirement for DG professionals to conduct ‘accident investigations’ following incidents relating to dangerous goods.
No further information or instruction is provided other than what to report and when. The why and the how of the investigation process is not explained nor is there any reference to any additional material to assist you in meeting this monitoring activity.
BADGP aims to address that knowledge and skill gap with a webinar that examines the basics of incident investigation using two of our experienced incident investigators, Dan Lee and Bill Atkinson.
Dan’s experience comes from 20 years in the police service and 20 years in the health and safety advisory role for various companies and Bill’s comes from his fire service experience and work with incident investigators Adler and Allan.
So if you want to know how to undertake a basic investigation or you need to know the terminology that your health and safety officers/managers use, then make sure that you register for this webinar on Tuesday 7th October at 1pm BST.
